BAAB is a collaborative duo formed in 2020 by Filippo and Andrea De Carlo (synthesizer), specializing in electroacoustic music. Their work combines an interdisciplinary approach with an exploration of sound as both a physical phenomenon and a vessel of meaning.

They released their first track, "Palazzo del lavoro" on June 30, 2023, dedicated to a building designed by Pier Luigi Nervi in Turin. Their debut album, "Musica solidificata" came out on November 3, 2023, accompanied by a fanzine on music and architecture. 

On May 14, 2024, they released the EP "re:cycle//re:place" on cassette, featuring music from a contemporary dance performance created in collaboration with Balletto Teatro Torino.
